Hi; I got Interactive Brokers set up with Sierra charts. My quotes at Sierra Charts are different by a lot from IB. I am attaching the pictures for a better view. The symbol is MES-202509-CME-USD Is my data coming from IB, or IB as a Broker and quotes from Sierra? Is there anything else I need to set up or buy from Sierra? It is possible for someone to check my services to see if they are ok? I was assuming that by setting up IB with Sierra Charts, Data and trading will both be from IB, so quotes should be the same. I have been using other brokers and platforms, therefore my ignorance. Thanks a lot. |

You should see that the chart of your first pic (aaib.png) still shows the June contract, ES already rolled to Sept contract and the June contracts expires today at the cash-open (9:30 am ET)

I changed into TWS for Sept, then prices matches on Sierra. Not sure how come Sierra is ahead of TWS, when that is the brokers I was using, so it seems to me, then Sierra data is something but TWS from IB is just from trading. I purchased the package 12, then added 10$ twice, trying to see if I needed another add on, but that didn't solved the problem. Just now need to find out, what packages I exactly need from Sierra, and if IB is worthless as a data for Sierra and it is just used for trading, not for data. |

For MES, you are getting the data from Interactive Brokers. You are only setup to get data from us for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. Keep in mind that in order to actually get the data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" you need to enter the symbol as the standard ticker (i.e. AAPL) and then enter the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" as the symbol that is needed for Interactive Brokers (i.e. AAPL-STK-SMART-USD), you should also set the "Use as Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes". If you want to get your data for the CME Group from us, then follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* We can not comment on the particular contract you are viewing in either system. In Sierra Chart you can view any contract. When you rollover is up to you.
