For MES, you are getting the data from Interactive Brokers. You are only setup to get data from us for the "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" exchange. Keep in mind that in order to actually get the data from our "U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape" you need to enter the symbol as the standard ticker (i.e. AAPL) and then enter the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" as the symbol that is needed for Interactive Brokers (i.e. AAPL-STK-SMART-USD), you should also set the "Use as Trade Only Symbol" to "Yes". In Sierra Chart you can view any contract. When you rollover is up to you.
