Hello, i recently bought a Trading evalutaion from Topstep, and i cannot connect myself to it... Ive attached screenshots of the logs, i used the server and login they said to use Please help. Thank you

Update: I Logged in to the rhitmic plattform with the Topstep credentials and signed some contracts, and still cannot connect to sierra, with a different Log tho.

The log file in those images shows that you are connecting to the "Trading Evaluator" and not to Rithmic. For one thing, your symbols are incorrect for Rithmic. In each instance that you are running, you need to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". This is a bit odd, as it is stating that you are trying to modify an order, but Rithmic is stating that there is no order to modify. Just so we understand fully, you do see a position or an order or both in your chart? If this position/order really does not exist on Rithmic but is showing on your chart, then try selecting "File >> Reconnect" to get an update from Rithmic which will hopefully remove that position/order on your chart.
