For one thing, your symbols are incorrect for Rithmic. In each instance that you are running, you need to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".

Second, this log is from a Sub-Instance. Is it this sub-instance that you are having a problem with? Are you having a problem connecting from the main instance?
