Changing from Package 5 to Package 10

Hi There,

I am not able to update to package 10 from package 5 at all. I've tried clicking 'update and renew now', 'Update/set', and under Emergency activation, I have this message: "Your account is a trial account, therefore the Emergency Account Activation feature is not available."

I am not in trial at the moment because I paid a couple of weeks ago for package 5. I am trying to get package 10 to get realtime data. Everything has been setup on the broker side for allowing realtime market data.

The reason why you cannot change your package is that you have the "Evaluation of Pacakge 12" active. Therefore, you do not need to change your package, as you have all the capabilities of Package 12 at the moment, including the ability to get real-time data and connect to trading services.

Your account is setup to change to Package 10 for the next renewal. So that will occur on June 29, 2025.

If you would like for us to remove the evaluation so you can change to Package 10 immediately, let us know, as we can do this for you.
