Hi There, I am not able to update to package 10 from package 5 at all. I've tried clicking 'update and renew now', 'Update/set', and under Emergency activation, I have this message: "Your account is a trial account, therefore the Emergency Account Activation feature is not available." I am not in trial at the moment because I paid a couple of weeks ago for package 5. I am trying to get package 10 to get realtime data. Everything has been setup on the broker side for allowing realtime market data. Thanks
