Delayed QQQ data feed despite active US Equities Consolidated Tape

Hello: My data feed for QQQ is delayed by about 10-15 minutes even though I have "US Equities Consolidated Tape ((1) CTA "Tape A", (2) CTA "Tape B", and (3) UTP "Tape C") Equities Consolidated Tape" service active. What do I need to do to eliminate the delay? My futures data feed is not delayed. |

First thing we want you to do is to restart Sierra Chart. If you still have a problem: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". You have the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange active, but you are using the symbol "QQQ-NQTV". When you use the suffix of -NQTV, this is specifying that you want the data from our NASDAQ TotalView exchange and not from the U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape. To get the data from our U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape exchange, you need to use the standard ticker symbol, so in this case you need to use "QQQ".
