I'm not getting level 2 and it says it it waiting to download. Can you check? Thanks

If the chart has the message for "Waiting to Download" then it is in the process of loading data. If this is a Continuous Futures Contract chart and the Data Loading is set to a large value, then this can take awhile, depending on how much data is already available and what needs to be downloaded. While this is occurring are you able to interact with the system? If you select a Menu item, does the menu selections show up? Or is the system locked up and you can not interact at all? What is one symbol for which this is occurring? How much data is set to load for the chart for this symbol? It's all symbols.. It looks like Sierra keeps getting disconnected and then reconnecting continuously. This just happened randomly during the trading day.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
