If the chart has the message for "Waiting to Download" then it is in the process of loading data. If this is a Continuous Futures Contract chart and the Data Loading is set to a large value, then this can take awhile, depending on how much data is already available and what needs to be downloaded. While this is occurring are you able to interact with the system? If you select a Menu item, does the menu selections show up? Or is the system locked up and you can not interact at all? What is one symbol for which this is occurring? How much data is set to load for the chart for this symbol?
