Hi I purchased the Service Package 5 Base Advanced in order to see realtime data on my charts. However no data or volume is showing on my charts or in my quoteboard. I have tried to rollover on each chart but still getting nothing. Could you tell me why this is?

To start with, your account is still on the trial. Refer to the following for what data is available while on a trial:

The next thing that you need to be aware of, is that to get real-time data for exchanges that are part of our Denali Exchange Data Feed (which includes the CME Group) you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, and you need to setup the data and pay for the exchange.
