Hi, I am having a persistent issue, have tried looking through the support board & documentation but cannot find the answer. This is a Rithmic issue. Either Rithmic is not responding properly, or you are having an issue with connectivity to them. The only recommendation we can make is to try a different server and see if that helps with your issue. Otherwise, this is a general Rithmic issue that we see quite often and there is nothing we can do - you need to let Rithmic know about this. Note that when you talk to Rithmic, their support people do not understand that the interface to Sierra Chart is not using the R-Trader software. The interface was built by Rithmic and is specific to Sierra Chart. Thank you for confirming John. Putting this out there in case anyone experiences the same issue: I raised the issue with Topstep, and after restting my account the issue has now been fixed. |
