This is a Rithmic issue. Either Rithmic is not responding properly, or you are having an issue with connectivity to them. The only recommendation we can make is to try a different server and see if that helps with your issue. Otherwise, this is a general Rithmic issue that we see quite often and there is nothing we can do - you need to let Rithmic know about this. Note that when you talk to Rithmic, their support people do not understand that the interface to Sierra Chart is not using the R-Trader software. The interface was built by Rithmic and is specific to Sierra Chart.
