Hi guys,

I have a strategy I'm trying to test to verify that it's functioning correctly and have come into a couple things about behavior which I will describe. I'm sure the answers are somewhere on the site's documentation, I went looking but haven't found anything yet. To preface the questions, I have attached screenshots with the settings that were used while performing the test.

1. Using Standard Replay as the replay type, my signal will evaluate on open (which is what I want) but the signal also appears to fire either on the close of that bar, or the open of the following one, while I have "Alert only once per bar" checked. If there was a secondary signal, the background should also highlight as it does with the original signal. See screenshots.

2. During the replay test, the first position opened with 1 contract and actually used the ATM specifications I defined on the Trade Window for Chart for a bracket order for stop/target (also what I wanted, great). Then between the time the first entry happened & the second (undesired), the bracket order disappeared completely. Is it acceptable to use a twconfig to manage entries and exits when using the Spreadsheet System for Trading or should I be specifying everything fastidiously in the spreadsheet (eg: I didn't even have J26 Order Quantity specified)? Not sure why the ATM would disappear mid-bar.

OK switching gears slightly...

3. Regarding the new Alerts system is there documentation that covers all settings for this?

For example I'd like to setup an Alert to just give the Alert name, Instrument & Price (Telegram timestamps are automatic so Time not needed specifically).

So far in what I've discovered, in order to get the Alert name to send over I also receive the spreadsheet formula for the alert.

Would be nice to have the aforementioned with an accompanying screenshot, which works fantastic. And is fast as hell.

4. Is it possible to configure Alerts propagate go to a specific Telegram room? Again, if the documentation page goes over this would be great to setup also.

Thanks for your consideration of my questions!

1. From what you state and show, the additional signal is not breaking the rule of "Signal Once per Bar", as it is occurring at the next bar. Therefore, you would need to figure out why this is occurring with the formulas you have setup.

2. You do not need to specify the Attached Orders in the Spreadsheet. When you do not, the system will use what is setup in the Trade Window. This is not an issue.

We do not know why the orders disappeared as they did. But again, this is something you would have to look into further.

3. All of the information for the Alert options have been updated at the following link:
General Settings Window: Alerts (Global Settings >> General Settings)

4. There is not a way to have the alerts go to an already existing connection/room. When you setup the alerts to Telegram, it creates a new connection within Telegram.
