I have the service pages 10 (integrated) which I am charged a monthly fee of 36 USD. However, I was under the impression this included real-time data. I use the CGQ denali with AMP futures broker. I now see a charge for data of 39 USD per month on top in my account asking me to top-up. If this is the case, my fee to trade is 75 USD per month plus commissions. Correct? Or am I paying twice? I thought it was included...

You do have to pay for the exchange fee for real-time data.
