Letting you all know, that in the latest version of Sierra Chart, there is a new parameter for Reversal Bars to specify the minimum length before a reversal can occur.

What is the actual logic for creation of the new reversal bar? It seems to be quite different from the bars presented in this thread. Do you use operator "greater" or greater or equal" in bar length comparison and reversal comparison? I think the request posted here by @Samir could be solved by implementation of this. Z. |

OK, and for the reversal? From the documentation of reversal bars it is not clear if a new bar starts after "reaching" or "exceeding" reversal amount. If I can remeber correctly, there are less OFA bars than new reversal bars with the same setting. I also got feedback from active users that my bars are accurate (in comparison with other platforms providing this graph type).

The Reversal amount has to be reached or exceeded. The operator is: GREATER_EQUAL_OPERATOR

thanks for response. I checked everything but nothing works for me. I can`t even see those dll and cpp in my Sierra. Could you help me with those probe and rotation bars? Pleaseee.

User271808) Zdislav gave me all his source codes for all the studies he did (also OFA Bars - last change March 20, 2019).
