There are multiple pages on the "Alert Manager". Open the Alert Manager by selecting "Window >> Alert Manager" which will default to showing you the "Log" page, which is where any Study alert is shown. There are also tabs for "Symbol Alert" and "Time Alert". Be sure to check these to see if the alert you are getting is related to one of these.
