I a trying to find Index Wizard charts with no success(using Fle > Open Chartbook for access). They have told me to check with you that my account is operational? Please assist so I can use my Sierra Chart in conjunction with my Index Wizard account (I am currently paying for both but with no access to the charts). Thanks- Nige.

Yes your Sierra Chart account is active at Service Package 3. That is sufficient.

Make sure Sierra Chart is not running in Safe Mode:
