You are connected to Rithmic but the symbology does not look correct for Rithmic. MNQ-202506-CME-USD is not Rithmic, should be MNQM5.CME. Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service |

Yes actually that is the problem. You are not using the correct symbols. Let us know if you need more help. The documentation linked to in post #2 is correct.
