You are connected to Rithmic but the symbology does not look correct for Rithmic.

MNQ-202506-CME-USD is not Rithmic, should be MNQM5.CME.

Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

Yes actually that is the problem. You are not using the correct symbols. Let us know if you need more help. The documentation linked to in post #2 is correct. If you manually need to change symbol of a chart, follow the instructions here:
