Hello, i created a 1hr chart but also checked on the preset 1hr chart on main window. The problem is that at 930am NY open, candles go from hourly to 30m increments. after market reopens in the evening it starts at every hour again until the following morning. Is there a way to keep them at an hour? |

I would say go to the chart-settings and set "New Bar At Session Start" to NO

The bars are going to be relative to the Session Times that you enter. Since you have a day session start time of 09:30, the bars are going to be 1 hour bars starting at 09:30 - so you get bars at 09:30, 10:30, 11:30, etc. Refer to the following: Chart Session Times For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
