Re-Activating Exchange

Hey Sierra - I'm trying to reactivate an Exchange.

The Exchange in Question is: CME, Nymex, CBOT, and Comex (WITHOUT Market Depth).

I tried using that Exchange Earlier this morning - And all the symbols were 10 minutes delayed.
So I deactivated the exchange, and Moved to reactivate it. I'm not sure what was causing the 10 minute delay.

Now when I move to reactivate the exchange, the Sierra website is saying I can no longer active that exchange.


Could yall help me reactivate the CME Full with NO Market Depth? And also, help me pinpoint why my data is delayed?

The problem you are having is due to your changing your package to the "Base Advanced" package on 2025-04-23 at 13:43:23 UTC. You can not get real-time data (or connect to trading services) on the "Base" packages. You need to change back to one of the "Integrated" packages. Refer to the information on the packages here:
