I noticed a very strange behaviour in the Market Depth Historical Graph Study: I configured a range of colors as seen on attached screenshot #1. When there is some "horizontal space" between the current price bar and the price scale (as shown on screenshot #2) everything looks fine and I can see the differently colored bars. However, when I scroll the chart to the right and reduce the horizontal distance between current price bar and price scale (as shown on screenshot #3) the different colors disappear and all bars are only rendered in the same color. Am I missing something here? Or am I right to assume that this is a (rendering) bug? |

It sounds like you have the Market Depth Historical Graph Input for "Determine Min and Max Levels from All Bars or Visible Bars" set to "Visible Bars". Therefore, as you change the actual bars that are visible, the maximum and minimum market depth values are changing, and causing the rest of the bars to change their coloring. In particular, there is a new maximum value that is causing the other others to shift into the lower range values. Refer to the following: Market Depth Historical Graph: Determine Min and Max Levels from All Bars or Visible Bars For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks John! That was it! Usually I always have it set to "Trading Day" but I guess I accidentally changed it somehow to "Visible Bars".
