It sounds like you have the Market Depth Historical Graph Input for "Determine Min and Max Levels from All Bars or Visible Bars" set to "Visible Bars". Therefore, as you change the actual bars that are visible, the maximum and minimum market depth values are changing, and causing the rest of the bars to change their coloring. In particular, there is a new maximum value that is causing the other others to shift into the lower range values.
