Hi, my data has been lagging for last 2 days, from 930am-noon new york time. my internet speed is above 100Mbps during this time. please advise

We see you are in Malaysia.

You are able to set a dedicated server address. We recommend using the New Zealand server. This is the setting:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

Be sure to reconnect with File >>Reconnect after changing this setting.
