Why doesn't seem like VXJ25 is getting updated pricing, i do know it is delayed, but should only be a few minutes. In Quote Board it list Last time as 09:29:25, which is same price listed in yellow on chart. I have the current Price Line Study on this as well and they don't match?

Since you do not have the CFE exchange active, the data you are seeing is our Delayed Streaming Data, which for the CFE is 15 minutes delayed.

This was quote board and chart were in the afternoon, and time of update data and pricing for VX in quote board appears to be in mid-morning?

Those are two different symbols for different things. The Quote Board is using the symbol VIX_CGI is the VIX Index from the CBOE Global Indices, whereas the chart is for VXJ25_FUT_CFE which is the VIX Index Futures from the CBOE Futures Exchange.

The data for the CBOE Global Indices is not available without paying for the exchange - there is no delayed streaming data available. We are surprised that you have any data showing for this.

No on Quote Board I am enquiring about the VXJ25_FUT_CFE , where it has LastTime 09:29:25 and old quoate. That time is in morning, should be updated every 15 minutes with delayed data. This quote board is pictured from late in the afternoon, why are all the VX futures prices not updated like i would think they should?

I am revisiting this. The Quote Board and chart seem still not to be updated the pricing. In previous messsage it was mentioned that the prices would be approximately 15 mins delayed. The prices look like they havent been updated for at least approximately 90 minutes. I have the current time on chart and last time of updated pricing on quoteboard for the same symbol?

The symbol(s) I'm looking at are on the Quote Board. For instance, i took this screen shot at 14:00, and the symbol VXN25_FUT_CFE hasn't updated since 11:33:35. I know I do not
subscribe to CFE live data, but should be getting 15 minute delayed pricing. This pricing data doesn't seem to be updating every 15 minutes on the Quote Board or on a chart?

Anything on this? I know my CFE data should be around 15 minutes delayed, but it doesn't seem to be charting our quoting the delayed data at all?

We think there is a symbol conflict that you have . We do not observe any problem at all and there is no reason for any problem with delayed data for CFE symbols. We need to work on removing the two different symbol formats for this particular futures market.

Also update Sierra Chart to the current version you are running an older version. Instructions:

Actually it is obvious the problem in your particular case. That particular symbol we see the chart of it is not mapping to the data feed.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And disable Use Custom Symbol Settings Values! This is mandatory. In order to isolate what the problem is.
