Those are two different symbols for different things. The Quote Board is using the symbol VIX_CGI is the VIX Index from the CBOE Global Indices, whereas the chart is for VXJ25_FUT_CFE which is the VIX Index Futures from the CBOE Futures Exchange. The data for the CBOE Global Indices is not available without paying for the exchange - there is no delayed streaming data available. We are surprised that you have any data showing for this.
