Hello,

I am trying to get everything set up for the first time. I clear with AMP futures and believe that I am set up properly with Denali, CME non-professional package, and CQG routing. I am able to pull up a historical data chart but when I pull up an intraday chart it is blank. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. Thank you.

To start - the Uniform Subscriber Agreement that you filled out in August 2024, does not have a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" entered. As such, you should be classified as a Professional. We see that you did redo the "CME Non-Professional Certification" and claimed yourself as a Non-Professional, but we also need the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" to have a proper "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number".

Please redo the Uniform Subscriber Agreement at the following link:

Your Clearing Firm with AMP is AMP, so be sure to enter "AMP" for that.

Next, you do not have any exchanges active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Once you complete the agreement and it is accepted, then you can activate the exchange you want at the following link:

Another item with regards to the data - our servers are showing that your "Current Selected Service" is set to "Teton CME Routing". But you state that you are setup with CQG with AMP. Please verify which service you are using to ensure you are setup properly.

It seems like for some reason my account is now tagged as a professional. This should not be the case. I am completely independent.

Also, I thought I paid for the non-professional CME full feed this afternoon. I have the receipt in my email.
