To start - the Uniform Subscriber Agreement that you filled out in August 2024, does not have a "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" entered. As such, you should be classified as a Professional. We see that you did redo the "CME Non-Professional Certification" and claimed yourself as a Non-Professional, but we also need the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" to have a proper "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number". Please redo the Uniform Subscriber Agreement at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements Your Clearing Firm with AMP is AMP, so be sure to enter "AMP" for that.
