HKG33 Wrong Session Times

I have been trying to get the HKG33 session times to match TradingView as theirs is correct and I just can't figure out what is going wrong. Is there an option to pay for a sierrachart staff to fix this for me? I can't spend anymore time on it but need it fixed.
