Candle Stick Volume Chart not the same in different accounts

Hey there, my wife and i using Sierra Chart for analysis. We analyse NQ with 2000 Volume chart. We have set up everything equal. Despite this we have different Volume candles in the Chart, how is this possible? In my chart some candles are sell candles (black) in her chart they are buy candles (white). Or she has dojis and i have normal candles.
