Dear all,

recently, the data feed has occasionally been interrupted for no apparent reason.
For clarification, I have added the message log of such an incident to the attachment.

How can these interruptions be avoided?

This is just simply a connectivity issue.

Refer to this setting to specify the server we have in Germany for CME real-time data:
Sierra Chart Server Settings: CME Exchange Data Feed Server Address and Port Override (Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Special)

The address is given in that section.
