How can I display tick level volume data on a historical daily chart?

You cannot. It is necessary to use an Intraday chart for this.

Thanks. So would it be possible to use an intraday bar chart that displays tick level volume data, but is 24 hour bars in order to have the chart display daily bars?

Have you tried opening an Intraday chart and setting the number of days to 1?

Thanks all. Yes I have currently selected an intraday chart and set the day number to 1. I am assuming that means it will display a bar that shows the full 24 hour session. I was just wondering if this is the proper way to get tick level volume data to display with daily bars, or if there is a better workaround.

A quick way to get 24 hour, open to open bars is to:

1. Select Intraday
2. Use 1 Day or 1440 minutes
3. Change Chart Settings > Session Times to the start and end times you want.

For example, with U.S. markets:

Start time: 9:30:00
End time: 9:29:59

Evening Session: No

Thanks, but why would I exclude the evening session? If I do that, it wouldn’t be a full 24 hour session bar, right?

How can a 24 hour period not include the evening session?

You're overthinking it.

Thanks, but I don’t understand. You said to set evening session to “no“. Wouldn’t that exclude it?

They stated to set the Evening Session to "No" because the primary session start and end times cover the full 24 hour period, so there is no need to specify a separate Evening Session.
