Hello,
I could not find anything in the documentation on the difference between a trade DOM and chart DOM. I am aware the trade DOM can be attached or detatched. Is there any actual functional difference between the two? As in are there features enabled in one (trade DOM or chart DOM) that are not available in the other, such as studies, the ability to overlay, etc..? Asking as I am in the beginning of building a DOM and do not want to have to duplicate or restart based on functional differences. Thank you as always!

Functionally, they are the same. So if you are just looking at the DOM portion, they are going to act the same way in either case. There are some small differences in how the default scaling works, but you can set them to be the same in either case.

The difference, however, is that one has the chart attached and one does not. So if there is something that you want to see related to a chart while working with the DOM, then you would need to the Chart DOM.
