This is on a new install of SC. I've followed the guide here Delayed Exchange Data Feed and trouble shooting steps here Global Trade Settings Windows: Troubleshooting Market Depth Data Not Displaying in Chart/Trade DOM Columns but without any luck. Only one level is showing on all DOMs.

What is the symbol for which you are seeing this?

I have tried it for every supported symbol and all show only one level. Here is an example for AAPL on TotalView, but all supported symbols look like this https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=173749568854.png

You cannot get delayed market depth data from NASDAQ TotalView. The exchange does not allow this.
