ES Faster than NQ even when Disconnected

By comparison, the seconds on the clock are delayed by 2 seconds with the NQ where the ES shows no delay. Even when the data feed is disconnected. Even after hours when the market is slow, the NQ is still delayed by 2 seconds. All transparent subgraphs are now opaque but there's still a 2-second delay. Data is limited to 5 days, Chart Update Interval is 300 Ms, and Quote Board Update Interval is 100. Is there anything more I can do?

I'm basing this on the Sierra Chart "Clock - Real Time" Study with the General Settings "Use OS Timer For Charts" set to Yes.

This would have to be a video to show where the NQ seconds are delayed by 1-2 seconds. For example, the clock will go from 12:22:10 > delays 1 sec > 12:22:12 or sometimes 12:22:10 > delays 2 sec > 12:22:13, literally delaying 1-2 seconds. It's not just the clock but the price action as well. The ES shows each second without delay showing each and every second and iteration in the price action. Both NQ and ES are using the same chartbook with the same exact studies and settings. As I shared earlier, I know the NQ moves so much faster and have done everything I know to make my charts as efficient as I know how.

Any time of day, even when I turn off the data feed... the clock still delays on the NQ but not the ES, as described.
