Error in historical data loading

I am only getting current contract data and not the complete historical chart according to the setting mentioned in chart settings in sierra chart after I connected to TT(Trading Technologies) service from SC data all setting are same and symbol are updated after automatic request to change symbol to the trade serve when switched to TT I am attaching the screenshot of the message log

We see no reason why the historical daily data downloads would be failing.

Retry downloading the data for all contract months for that chart, following the instructions here:
