Automated Trading (applies to Live or Simulated): Yes. 1. This service supports live trading only. For simulated trading you can enable Trade >> Trade Simulation Mode On within Sierra Chart, or use the Simulated Futures Trading Service. However, for simulated trading, in order to take advantage of the lower-priced CME exchange fees, requires that you still have a live trading account anyway. You can do simulated trading with live data. The information you are referencing is stating that the "Teton Order Routing Service" itself does not offer a simulation mode like some other order routing services do. Therefore, in order to do simulated trading, you need to use either the built-in simulation mode, or our "Simulated Futures Trading Service". And the point at the end is that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group, you need to have a live trading account. Thank you John! I have AMP Futures live trading account. When I set Current Selected Service (List) Teton CME Order Routing (trading) and Clearing Firm (List) AMP, and Trade Simulation Mode On, (I have to do anything else?) I can do simulated trading with Teton data live data? Everything will be the same, candle, speed, like for live trader? I heard Teton is the best, I like to try it. |

You are generally correct. Your statement "I can do simulated trading with Teton data live data" is not quite right. The data is from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Teton is the order routing service. They are two separate things, but you do need them both. -- Also, you are currently on the "Base Standard" package. In order to be able to connect to your AMP account and get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed, you need to be on one of the "Integrated" packages.
