Regarding seeing [Sim] despite having paid for and connected to Denali feed through IB

I've paid and successfully connected Denali feed through Interactive Brokers but the top of my Sierra Chart still says "Sierra Chart 2700 Chartbook IB 12/5/24 [Sim]. Why does it say Sim if the feed has been successfully connected? Am I not able to trade real money? I have submitted my message logs for review through the message log portal. |

The [SIM] notation is showing that the option for "Trade >> Simulation Mode On" is enabled. Select that option to turn off Simulation Mode and then be able to trade live.
