I've paid and successfully connected Denali feed through Interactive Brokers but the top of my Sierra Chart still says "Sierra Chart 2700 Chartbook IB 12/5/24 [Sim]. Why does it say Sim if the feed has been successfully connected? Am I not able to trade real money? I have submitted my message logs for review through the message log portal. |
