Instances not opening anymore on startup

I have two instances that open on other monitors, and I think the problem started yesterday or the day before yesterday. They no longer open automatically. I tried installing new Sierra updates, and I even deleted the two instances and created two new instances. In the General Settings I have the Instances to Run on Startup set to 2,3. And in the two new instances in General Settings I have that field blank. After creating the two new instances and exiting the program, they still do not automatically open on startup, so I open them manually now.

When Sierra Chart is starting is the option for "Safe Mode" enabled? If so, remove that option and start without being in Safe Mode. Also, when starting is the option for "Open Files on Startup" enabled? If not, then please enable this option.

Then open your Sierra Chart and let us know if the sub-instance start automatically or not.

Since the market has just begun, I will exit the application and check those things you wrote about later tonight and then I’ll write back. From my memory I’m fairly certain that Safe Mode was not selected, and Open Files on Startup was enabled but I’ll double check later. Thank you.

I closed Sierra and started it again and Safe Mode was not checked and Open Files on Startup was enabled.

I was writing in another topic about various problems that were solved when I reinstalled the previous version (I had updated yesterday) and now the instances opened automatically, and I have my Fill Markers back on my charts, my Trade Activity seems to be working correctly along with the Trade Window calculating properly.
