When Sierra Chart is starting is the option for "Safe Mode" enabled? If so, remove that option and start without being in Safe Mode. Also, when starting is the option for "Open Files on Startup" enabled? If not, then please enable this option. Then open your Sierra Chart and let us know if the sub-instance start automatically or not.
