Hi John or Anyone on Support Board,

I opened a dom up for a new product, the DIJ on the brazil futures exchange. The quotes are fine, but when I customise the columns to add current volume etc you see nothing is populating. Works fine on all my other doms. Is this particular to the BMV exchange? I don't think I have a setting wrong, but maybe I do..

thank you anyone,
KK

We need to set up Symbol Settings for this for IQ Feed. That must be the problem.

We need the descriptive name, for DIJ on B3. So we can find the specifications from the exchange for this.

HiGuys,
Thanks for responding I have attached the chart header with the name, and what esignal calls it. I agree the exchange website is bollocks.

2 new issues, and I will email iq right now, but it appears I can only get an intra day back 6 months. I have tried increasing the days in Data/trade service settings>main settings> max historical intra days to download....I try inputting 300 days but when I go to the actual chart settings it is stuck at 150 days no matter what I put.

Second, again this is prob 1q issue is the data feed drops constantly. Literally 15x an hour. It reconnects immediately but all the charts have to reload. Attached is message log snapshot.

Appreciate your help. Karen

Hi Guys,
Spoke to support at IQ. A super nice guy named Todd. He said there is intra-day data in the Brazil DI contract for years going back. I must have my SC set to 'request' at tick not minute which is why it is stopping at 6 mos. He said to ask you how to set my SC settings to request the minute data not tick data. I am sure it must be that data service tab, but please can you help?

Re the dropping of connection, he could see it his logs and is working on it from his end.

Thank you guys, and Happy Thanksgiving.

Karen

John,
I have done something horrible and I can't fix it!!! I tried googling and solving issue myself. I went into Data/trade settings and set it to 1 min from 1 tick re deleted and reloaded data. I got it to go way back a few years, but the tpo charts went weird so I tried to reverse what I had done. Now as you see from screenshot, no matter what I do I can't get data to load past a week ago! You see it is set to #of days to load, but it ignores it and goes to the data range. I have tried deleting and reloading data and nothing works. The chart is stuck on a few recent days of data do matter what I do. Please help me I have tried everything.

ps it is not only the tpo, it is now any chart with DIJF29 as the symbol. Even if I go to a brand new chart it still will not load past a week ago. It is as if all the data for that contract has been deleted from file and can't load. Again I have hit delete and reload all data about 10 times to fix it...

oh god what have I done...

In "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Data Limiting" set the "Date Range in File From" to the date from which you want the data loaded. Select OK to close that window and that should do it.

This is covered at the following link:
