I don't see symbol

I have a problem: I can’t see certain symbols, for example, ES. I’m using a demo account. I’ve set up the Data Feed Settings in Trade Evaluator (I’ve tried both the regular and the Delayed options). Then I enter the symbol, for example, ES, click Edit, and add the symbol to the current service in Skate Symbols. (I have automatic rollover enabled). When I go to search for the symbol, blank black windows appear. According to the log, there don’t seem to be any issues. Sometimes it tells me the symbol is “not allowed,” other times it doesn’t. I don’t think the problem is related to compression. Can someone help me? Thanks! |
