Probably not because there still is an exchange fee that has to be paid for delayed data. So we have no plans to offer this.

I am getting historical intraday data in SPX for intervals of 10 seconds, is it not possible to get it for like 1 second ?

It is set to tick by tick. But the old historical data, i think more than 6 mos old is being downloaded in 10 second interval and not 1 sec. The current and new data seems to be 1 second

Yes this is correct. The data older than six months for CBOE indices is compressed into 10 second units but we will stop doing that. But it will not change the existing data. This was more important for NASDAQ indexes which there was a very very large amount of data and compression was essential but it is not essential for CBOE indices.
