Hi support Stop order TickUp/Down Commands are not working. I've put the buttons on the Control Bar Strip to mouse click and also set them up as Key commands but neither work. I'm using Trade orders always with several Stop orders attached, for example.... 3 limits with targets set at 30, 60, 100 ticks, and 3 stop orders offset at 50 ticks with a trail of 40 ticks. So does the tick up/down Command only work with a certain configuration/number of Stop orders? EDIT: BTW, I'm on a mac via Crossover - if thats makes any difference! Make sure the option for "Trade >> Trading Keyboard Shortcuts Enabled" is enabled (has a checkmark). This setting applies to both Keyboard shortcuts and Control Bars. Typically, if this is not enabled and you try to use a Control Bar/Keyboard shortcut, the Message Log will pop up with a message informing you of this. The one thing you need to be aware of is that the Stop Order Tick Up/Down is going to work on the nearest Stop order, not all of them.
