Currently using Apex evaluation account. Want to use Denali Data Feed. Activated the feed. Created external trade account. Connected and activated trade account. Switching back to "Rithmic Direct - DTC" in Data/Trade service settings in Sierra Chart. After this am getting no data. It stopped, it was working before I did above steps. Need help. Thanks |

After I put in "Market Data Username" and "Historical Data Username" and passwords, the data started again. However still seeing [C] next to mini contract name. It means am not getting Denali feed. Please suggest. Thanks. |

You have not activated any exchanges. You need to do that: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to Yes. Thanks for your response. I just realized and activated. Now, I see [C][M] both next to mini contract. Is that correct, or should see just [M]? Thanks. |

The [C] means the chart is a Continuous Futures Contract - Date Based Rollover.
