Cumulative Delta Bars showing different data

I was comparing my Cumulative Delta Bars Up/Down Tick Volume with another trader who is using the exact same data feed as me (the standard one from FXCM) and we noticed a slight difference in the bars and numbers.

We have tried restarting SC, flipping the daily reset on and off, however it still doesn't show the same data, it's close, but it's not exactly the same. Please see the attached screenshots. I would assume that by using the same settings and data feed, that the Open, Close, High and Low numbers (at the top left) would be exactly the same, as well as the bars, but somehow they are different.

The symbol in this case is EURUSD, 5 min. chart. You can also see a slight difference in the colouring and shape of some of the bars. We have been all over our settings, however we can't find anything that we haven't set exactly the same, so how come the Delta bars and data aren't showing up the same on our charts? What are we missing?

This is being looked into. There is slightly different data on one of the servers and we are determining why.

This has now been resolved.

Re-download the data in the charts with Edit >> Delete All Data and Download. You should now have a match.

We are still having this issue. Delta accuracy seems to be shifting between different SC accounts over time. We have a number of traders using SC, and some are seeing the same Delta candles, while others are not. It's really bizarre. We have triple checked our settings, everything looks the same. Everyone is using the same settings for data, chart, delta, etc. with the standard SC FXCM data feed. Could you please look into this?

It is not necessarily a matter of using the same settings.

What is the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit set to?

And what is the Reset at Start of Trading Day input with the study set to? If this is set to No, then there will be differences which will be inherently hard to resolve. In this case we consider this a lost cause to get a match when users are comparing with each other. Therefore, we strongly recommend to set this to Yes. Otherwise, this is a hopeless situation and there will always be an ongoing problem which is not reasonable to resolve.

And if the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is not set to 1 Tick, then there will be a problem when using Cumulative Delta Up/Down Tick Volume. This is essential to be set at 1 Tick and the data needs to be re-downloaded when it is changed.
