It is not necessarily a matter of using the same settings. What is the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Data Storage Time Unit set to? And what is the Reset at Start of Trading Day input with the study set to? If this is set to No, then there will be differences which will be inherently hard to resolve. In this case we consider this a lost cause to get a match when users are comparing with each other. Therefore, we strongly recommend to set this to Yes. Otherwise, this is a hopeless situation and there will always be an ongoing problem which is not reasonable to resolve. And if the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit is not set to 1 Tick, then there will be a problem when using Cumulative Delta Up/Down Tick Volume. This is essential to be set at 1 Tick and the data needs to be re-downloaded when it is changed.
