TPO Colour issues

Hello, one of my custom TPO charts is set to have a different colour for the evening session and has been perfect until I installed the latest update for the software. Since then, the TPO colours are both the same; I have gone through each of the settings and tried to get it to work, including going back through and triple checking each step of the "display separate profiles for day and evening sessions" but the TPO study appears to be ignoring the secondary colour completely.

how might I be able to fix this issue? thanks

Are you still having this issue? We are not able to reproduce. We are testing the current version.

See the attached Chartbook. The evening session is using a separate color.

Hello, sorry to hijack this post. I'm having the same issue only after updating to this latest version. For a full and split session profile chartbooks, I use separate colors for day/evening blocks. Both were working fine before the update and without changing any settings they are only colored the day/evening session the primary color

On the chartbook you provided on 9/18, if the setting "New period at day session start when using evening session" is set to "yes" it will combine the sessions and only color them green. This happens even with the "TPO letter/block colors" is set to "separate colors for day and evening sessions"

There was a change in a recent release such that the Value Area would be colored the separate colors when the input for "TPO Letter/Block Colors" is set to "Separate Colors for Day and Evening Sessions".

Make sure you have the Primary and Secondary colors set as you want them for both the "TPO Letter/Block Color (SG13)" and for the "Value Area Color (SG15)".

Hi John, the only issue i'm seeing is that the TPO for the two different sessions is being colored the same instead of different even with SG13 set as two different colors. Value area color works fine for me

I have attached two chartbooks. the first is the chartbook SC provided showing the TPO as all green for both sessions. and the second is my own chartbook showing the same TPO coloring issue where both sessions are the same color.

My chartbook is setup to show the evening session TPO as grey and the day session TPO as white. but after the update, both sessions are showing as white

sorry if I'm over-explaining, just want to be clear about what the problem is

The evening session is only colored differently when you have the evening session being shown as a separate profile. This is done by setting the Input for "New Period at Day Session Start When Using Evening Session" to "Yes". Refer to the following:

respectfully, maybe it was a glitch or something on previous versions? but i definitely had each session showing in different colors on both my weekly TPO and full session TPO charts before the update. only after i updated to current version it now shows as one color

is there a way i can install a previous version to try and show a screenshot of how it looked before? or a way to send a picture from my playbook?

I have a similar Problem - Custom intraday session colouring is now the same as the primary session after updating to 2679:

TPO is OK with just day and evening; it retains different evening session colouring when the number of Custom Intraday Sessions is set to 0.

However, overnight colouring is lost if the number of Custom Intraday sessions is set to 3.

I rolled back to 2654 on one install, and then the colouring worked correctly again:

This shows the problem: the same settings on my main install after the latest update to 2679:
