There was a change in a recent release such that the Value Area would be colored the separate colors when the input for "TPO Letter/Block Colors" is set to "Separate Colors for Day and Evening Sessions". Make sure you have the Primary and Secondary colors set as you want them for both the "TPO Letter/Block Color (SG13)" and for the "Value Area Color (SG15)".
