again 3 T&S same settings and not all of them get the same data it's so wired. I can tell that I transferred some charts and dom from different charts books so I don't know if this connect to this problem

The good news is that we now see the exact same data when it is printed in each of the three windows. So that means that the Time and Sales is definitely picking up the correct data. For example, the posting at 13:06:42.290019 is in all three windows with a volume of 52. Given this, the implication is that the filtering value is not the same for all 3 windows. If they were all set to 50, then you would not be getting the values less than 50 in these windows. In particular, it looks like the Time and Sales filtering are set to the following, from left to right in the image: - Referencing Chart #10: 20 - Referencing Chart #5: 50 - Referencing Chart #11: uncertain Also make sure the option for "Show Bid and Ask Records" is set the same between all three windows. Yes I got what you say but still from my understanding if I filter 10 or 20 or 50 I’ll see all the sales prints above . And in this case I see only part of them the one set to 10 and above I see 80 print and 50 print and the one filter for 50 and above you not see those prints that you see at the 10 and above so I got confused a bit I just know for sure it was not like that before I start to get this problem

In the last image you sent, where are you seeing a print that is above the filtering levels that is not showing in other windows? We need the exact time and volume value. There has to be something else different in the settings for those Time and Sales windows. In particular, the one associated with Chart #5. Please look at the settings for that Time and Sales and see what is different - note the Combining option at the top in particular. For my opinion is very simple im not getting all the prints at time and sales above 50 from some reason. I check with friends we have the same set up same filter and the get all the prints something not working well in my preferences and I don t know what and in need your help to solve that because I can't work you can see my history of that its not make sense
